APPLICATIONS EXTENDED

Applications for Master and Ph.D. in Science and Technology/Chemistry, to start in February 2027, will be open from September 1st to October 15th October 25th, 2026 (Brasilia time).

To apply for the selection process, the candidate must access the form available at SIGAA (for Master’s level access “CTQ – INGRESSO 2027.1 – ALUNOS REGULARES MESTRADO” and for Ph.D. level access “CTQ – INGRESSO 2027.1 – ALUNOS REGULARES DOUTORADO”), answer the form, and attach copies of the listed documents (mandatory in PDF format). The selection process Call No. 39/2026 (in Portuguese) is available here.

NOTE: the grade for the Unified Exam of Chemistry (EUQ) or a Project submitted for a scientific grant is needed.

  • Scores from the Unified Exam of Chemistry taken in the last 2 years and from the exam to be held on November 15th, 2026, will be accepted.
  • Registration for the EUQ 2025/2 call will be open until September 27th, 2026.

The selection process schedule:

  • Applications: from September 1 to October 15 October 25, 2026
  • Announcement of accepted and rejected applications: until November 6, 2026
  • Appeal requisition for rejected applications: from November 6 to 9, 2026
  • Appealing requisition announcement: November 13, 2026
  • Presentation of the EUQ result for candidates who choose to present their proof of registration for the exam to be held on November 15th, 2026 (see item 5.2.1): from December 2 to 7, 2026
  • Preliminary Results announcement: until December 9, 2026
  • Appeal requisition for the preliminary result: from December 9 to 13, 2026
  • Selection process final result announcement: until December 15, 2026
  • Request for registration in graduate courses – according to the academic PROPG calendar, to be announced on http://propg.ufabc.edu.br/matriculas/
  • Beginning of classes – according to the academic PROPG calendar, to be announced on http://propg.ufabc.edu.br/matriculas/
